James Anthony Tan has dyslexia. Despite this, the 21 year was able to get his pilot's licenses from both the UK and Australia. He has just completed a solo flight halfway around the world. Tan hopes to become the youngest solo pilot who has flown around the world in a single engine plane.Tan acknowledged that he had to work harder than others to get his pilot licenses because of his dyslexia. He wants to motivate people with special needs. He stated: "I wanted to do something to inspire and motivate people and convey the message to youngsters from all over the world that nothing is impossible."
